Accounts
An account is not needed to play. If you have one, sign in with your email and password or select “Continue with Google”. Mislaid your password? Request a reset link, which remains valid for an hour. Google accounts have no password, so use the Google button. Five incorrect passwords in succession pause password sign-in for 15 minutes.
Game difficulties
Press “Reload” beneath the player, check your connection and turn off any extension that blocks frames. If the difficulty persists, tell us the game and your browser.
Credits are decorative and never leave the game, so there is nothing to refund, buy, sell or cash out.
Your data
You may remove your account yourself from My account. To see or amend the data we hold, submit a privacy request from your account email. The Privacy Policy sets out everything we keep.
Time away
Wish to step back? Request a pause or ask us to restrict or close your account from the email we hold. Every page shows a timer, with a reminder each hour.
